Linguale
Del Ben Linguale is a variant of classic cotechino, with the addition of pork tongue. It is enjoyed with the now classic side dishes of brovada or lentils, or with bolder pairings. It is prepared like cotechino, that is in boiling water for at least three hours.
Ingredients free from gluten and lactose.
