The Sopressa has a soft dough consistency, the taste is firm and particularly aromatic thanks to the long seasoning.
The natural necked gut gives the sopressa a homogeneous consistency. When cutted, the slice is compact, characterized by an intense red and a little rosy-white color. Ideal for aperitifs, canapés and sandwiches.
To be enjoyed in company of friends, combined with a glass of good red wine.
