With liver and spicy fine

The spicy fine sausage is the variant of the traditional fine sausage with a little chilli pepper, without overdoing it: great for snacks and for giving more character to other dishes.

The sausage with liver is the variant of the nostrana sausage with the addition of pork liver. It is a typical product of the cold season, traditionally known as “figadei”, from the Venetian dialect.
