The thin Sausages lightly spicy is a variant of the classical thin sausage with the addition of a little chili pepper without exaggerating. Ideal for appetizers or to match other dishes in a more tasty way.
Sausage with Liver is the variant of our traditional sausage with the addition of pork liver. It is a typical product of the cold season, and it is traditionally known also as “Figadei” from our dialect.
