The rolled Pancetta  of Salumificio Del Ben is obtained from a careful selection of the raw materials, guaranteeing a top quality product. The best belly cuts are salted and massaged by hand, flavored exclusively with natural spices and aromas. It is aged according to traditional methods of our region Friuli.

The result is a stuffed rolled bacon with an irresistibly sweet and soft aroma on the palate, perfect also for an aperitif in combination with a good wine.
