Privacy and Cookie Policy

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and information on the use of cookies. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

1. Data controller

2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases

Browsing data

The computer systems that run this website collect, in the course of normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (for example IP address, date and time of the request, pages visited, browser and operating system type). This data is processed for the time strictly necessary to ensure the operation and security of the site, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept by the hosting provider in accordance with its own policies.

Requests sent through the contact form

If you write to us through the form on the «Where – Contacts» page, we process the data you enter (name, e-mail address, subject and text of the message) solely to reply to your request. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is sent by e-mail to salumificio@delben.it and is not stored on the website. Providing the data is optional, but without it we cannot reply. The data is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless required by law or to protect a right.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistics on how the site is used (pages visited, origin, device type). Without consent the tool is not loaded. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time (see the «Cookies» section).

Third-party content (Google Maps)

The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is loaded only if you have accepted cookies and external services. In that case Google may collect data such as your IP address and browsing information.

3. Recipients of the data

The data may be processed by providers acting as data processors, in particular the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and IT and e-mail service providers; and, for the services you enable with your consent, by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC). The data is not disclosed.

4. Transfers of data outside the EU

The use of Google Analytics and Google Maps, where you consent to it, may involve the transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US «Data Privacy Framework» adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). 5. Your rights

You can at any time ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). You can also withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights write to salumificio@delben.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

6. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites save on your device. This site uses technical cookies, which do not require your consent, and, only after you consent, third-party cookies for statistics.

Technical cookies

  • pll_language – remembers the site language you selected; duration 12 months.

Third-party cookies for statistics (only with consent)

  • _ga and _ga_EPPPP9ZXLD (Google Analytics 4, Google) – distinguish users and collect aggregated statistics on site usage; duration up to 24 months (some browsers limit it to about 13 months).

If you also accept external services, the Google Maps map may set its own cookies, which are described in Google’s privacy policy.
